Will I be charged any plan modification fee or any minimum monthly fee? |

There is no plan modification fee and there is no minimum monthly fee!
however, for an email account with a capacity of 1GB
Also, if you use a specific domain name as a part of your email address, there is a one-time setup fee of NTD500. (For a first-time application, you apply for ten or more monthly paid accounts or five or more annually paid accounts, the NTD500 setup fee is waived.)
hiBox will provide an interface for hiBox users with specified domain name. The user must provide the account name and password on the application form for hiBox to set it up. Users will be able to create, edit, and delete accounts and passwords that belong to the company. This is easy to manage and saves time and energy. If you use a preset domain name from hiBox (@hibox.biz), rather than specifying a domain name, there is no setup fee. Administrator interface will not be provided for this type of account.

What kind of mobile office can hiBox provide for me, and through what channels? |

hiBox Messaging Services allows you to receive email and faxes through a single email box. You can access information, and receive faxes through cell phone, email, and web browsers. There is no need to go through a different information system and save these messages. You only need to use one method to browse and receive various types of messages, saving your valuable time. |

Does hiBox provide SSL certificates? |
Ans. |
Yes. Webmail can be used through https, e.g. https://webmail.yourdomain.com.tw/. If you use Outlook to send and receive email, you can go to the Advance tab in More Setting, and check "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" box for POP and SMTP.
(If you are unable to send and receive email after making the change, it might be because your company's Internet network does not support secure connections. In this case, uncheck the "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" box, and the mailbox will return to normal.)

How do I submit an application for hiBox service? |
Ans. |
Go to hiBox website and click "Sign Up" on the menu bar to download the application form. You can also call 0800-080-365 to have the application form faxed to you. After you fill out the form and affix your corporate and company owner's seals, fax the form with copies of the company owner and contact person's ID cards (front & back) (for a personal application, attach the front and back copies of your ID card as well as your driver's license, passport, or health insurance card) to the 02-2311-8186 for processing, and call 0800-080-365 to confirm. Send the hard copies of the application form to hiBox Customer Service Center 2F. No.168, Bo'ai Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City 100, Taiwan (R.O.C.). |

How do I change my plan? |
Ans. |
Go to the hiBox website and click "Sign Up" on the menu bar. Then click "Download Application Form" (this application contains modification options) and fill it out. Fax the form to 02-8192-6365, and call 0800-080-365 to confirm with hiBox staff that the form has been received. |

What do I write in the "Account" field? |

"Account" is the email address name for which you are applying, for example, if you are applying for marry@hibox.biz, input "marry" into the Account field. |

Can I select a DID number with a hiBox Fax Mailbox account? |
Ans. |
If you do not select a DID number, hiBox will select one for you, with no selection fee.
However, if you are willing to pay the selection fee (each number is NTD500), you can click here to download the Additional Services Application Form and then call our toll free number, 0800080365, to find out the virtual DID numbers from which you can choose (02, 04, 07 area codes). After you make your selection, please input the DID number you have chosen and your email address onto the application form and fax it to 02-2311-8186. Please also call 0800080-365 to make sure our Customer Service Center has received your fax. |

Can I apply for a hiBox Fax Mailbox account as a personal user? |
Ans. |
Because fraud groups tend to post as personal users and apply for hiBox Fax Mailbox accounts to facilitate illegal activity, the Nation Police Agency has required Chunghwa Telecom to strictly verify applications for personal usage. In order to protect your rights, if you decide to apply for a Fax Mailbox account, you will need to visit a Chunghwa Telecom Operation Center for ID verification.
